When I receive the pots, they are tightly nested. How can I separate them?

This is normal for shipping safety. If they are hard to separate, try rolling them sideways or gently tapping the edge with a firm but slightly elastic tool (e.g. a rubber mallet). Please avoid using hard or sharp tools to prevent damage.

Do I need to water each layer, or just the top one?

We recommend adding a small amount of water to each layer. Although our design allows water to flow down from the top, watering each level helps the soil absorb moisture faster and more evenly.

Will the pots provide enough airflow for healthy roots?

Yes. Each layer has drainage and ventilation openings at the bottom, and the stacked design further improves airflow, helping roots breathe and grow healthily

Are the stacked pots stable? Do I need to use a stick to reinforce them?

Our pots are specially designed for safe stacking. You can confidently use them from 3 to 7 layers without any stability issues, so we do not include support sticks
